style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8230;zaklju\u010dena je sjednica na kojoj smo mi \u010dlanovi Povjerenstva za umjetnost dobili zadatak ukazivanja novih putova i strategija u svrhu ponovnog o\u017eivljavanja i uklju\u010divanja brojnih umjetnika sunarodnjaka, koji su se osje\u0107ali pomalo izgubljeno i zbunjeno uslijed poznatih tragi\u010dnih doga\u0111anja na po\u010detku devedesetih godina. Umjetni\u010dko o\u017eivljavanje koje bi prona\u0161lo novi prostor za uspore\u0111ivanje i dijalog i koje bi ozna\u010dilo kulturni zaokret jednog podru\u010dja kona\u010dno izlo\u017eenog pred svijetom otvorenim za poticajno stapanje i razmjenu: to je bila sr\u017e projekta.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-padding-top:0px;--awb-padding-bottom:60px;--awb-padding-top-medium:40px;--awb-padding-bottom-medium:40px;--awb-padding-top-small:0px;--awb-background-image:linear-gradient(190deg, rgba(38,36,80,0.72) 24%,#262450 62%);--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start fusion-flex-content-wrap\" style=\"max-width:1216.8px;margin-left: calc(-4% \/ 2 );margin-right: calc(-4% \/ 2 );\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-padding-top:0px;--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:100%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:1.92%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:20px;--awb-spacing-left-large:1.92%;--awb-width-medium:50%;--awb-order-medium:0;--awb-spacing-right-medium:3.84%;--awb-margin-bottom-medium:0px;--awb-spacing-left-medium:3.84%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-order-small:0;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3 awb-text-cols fusion-text-columns-3\" style=\"--awb-font-size:15px;--awb-columns:3;--awb-column-spacing:2em;--awb-column-min-width:200px;\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"fusion-dropcap dropcap\" style=\"--awb-color:#18102a;\">T<\/span>og istog dana Sergio Molesi i ja na\u0161li smo se s Ernom Toncinich, \u010dlanicom Povjerenstva i izvrsnom poznavateljicom tamo\u0161nje umjetni\u010dke zbilje, koja nas je primila vrlo srda\u010dno; razglabali smo tako u opu\u0161tenoj atmosferi i ve\u010der je protekla nizanjem mnogih korisnih ideja, od kojih su proiza\u0161la dva prijedloga, za koje smo smatrali da su posebno zna\u010dajna: prvi je bio onaj o stvaranju \u201ckulturnog kluba\u201d, koji bi se posvetio raznim sektorima kulture, i koji je kasnije za\u017eivio osnivanjem \u201cCenacola\u201d; a drugi bio je onaj o pokretanju me\u0111unarodnog ex tempora, otvorenog svima i koji bi bio u stanju polu\u010diti dvostruki u\u010dinak, otvoranjem umjetni\u010dko-kulturni \u201cizloga\u201d naj\u0161ireg raspona, u kojem bi ambijentalni i dru\u0161tveni sraz aktivno pokrenuo cijelo gra\u0111anstvo, jer ono posredstvom dodatnih manifestacija postaje jednakopravnom akterom zbivanja. Predlo\u017eio sam Gro\u017enjan za smje\u0161taj doga\u0111aja, presti\u017eni Gro\u017enjan u visokoj Buj\u0161tini, grad umjetnika, skladni arhitektonski biser umetnut u obzorje velikog \u010dara. Tako je nastao Ex tempore Gro\u017enjan, koji se danas nalazi pred svojim dvadesetim izdanjem. Prisje\u0107am se, na putu povratka, da mi se sve\u010dana rasvjeta sportskog igrali\u0161ta na Kantridi u\u010dinila kao dobar predznak za mogu\u0107i uspjeh ove inicijative. Sljede\u0107eg jutra na\u0161 je prijedlog predo\u010den upravi Narodnog Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta iz Trsta, kako je tada bilo uobi\u010dajeno, i nakon gotovo trenutnog pristanka ubrzan je nu\u017eni birokratski postupak, tako da smo nakon nekoliko dana mogli prije\u0107i na radni dio projekta, zahvaljuju\u0107i prije svega razumijevanju i dalekovidnosti predsjednika Bruna Maiera i tajnika Luciana Rossit, kojega se i danas rado prisje\u0107am po njegovim ljudskim vrlinama, \u0161irokom kulturom, i izuzetnim sposobnostima upravljanja, koji je tijekom godina priskrbio suradnju najeminentnijih kulturnih li\u010dnosti u gradu i uvijek spremnih na suradnju u zna\u010dajnim inicijativama ove ustanove. Upravo zahvaljuju\u0107i upraviteljima takvog kova Narodno sveu\u010dili\u0161te bilo je postalo glavnom prethodnicom u ovom velikom i posebnom podru\u010dju, poput nabujale rijeke, jer je izuzetno plodno pokretao inicijative i prijedloge, a sve u duhu visoke profesionalnosti u slu\u017eenju cilju iznad osobnih interesa i uz veliku sposobnost preno\u0161enja na druge. Ne mogu zaboraviti prvo izdanje Ex tempora, 1994. g. Ki\u0161a, pravi akter te svje\u017ee jesenje nedjelje i pored neke zrake sunca, uzaludno je poku\u0161ala pokvariti manifestaciju. \u017diri je odredio pobjednicom Dariju Vlahov, mladu i ve\u0107 afirmiranu rije\u010dku umjetnicu, koja nas je na\u017ealost prerano napustila. Samo \u0107u nju spomenuti me\u0111u pobjednicima u tih gotovo dva desetlje\u0107a, da ne bih nekoga nehotice izostavio i uvrijedio. Od onog prvog izdanja do danas porast sudionika bio je eksponencijalan, kao i doprinos Istrana i nazo\u010dnost posjetitelja, uvu\u010denih u atmosferu zajedni\u010dke fe\u0161te u kojoj umjetnost i krajolik me\u0111usobno vode dijalog i prepoznaju se. Evo nekih zna\u010dajnih brojki: od po\u010detnih, otprilike 50 sudionika, u nedavnim izdanjima bilo ih je vi\u0161e od 500, a svi zavidne umjetni\u010dke razine, tako da proizvode onaj potrebiti poticaj za napredovanje slikara amatera i po\u010detnika; upravo onako kako je od po\u010detka na\u0161e Povjerenstvo pri\u017eeljkivalo. Ono je kasnije razrije\u0161eno i nikad vi\u0161e obnovljeno, ali je ideja dala svoje plodove, na na\u0161e zadovoljstvo i za na\u0161u utjehu. I na kraju da zaklju\u010dim, dugujem du\u017enu bilje\u0161ku \u010dlanovima raznih \u017eirija, koji su tijekom godina stavili na raspolaganje svoju sposobnost, svoje znanje i svoje kriti\u010dke vrline: radilo se o li\u010dnostima visoke kulturne vrijednosti, ponajboljima na ovome prostoru, koje ne\u0107u spomenuti usprkos njihovog renomea, kao \u0161to to nisam u\u010dinio kod nagra\u0111enih; ipak neka mi bude dopu\u0161tena iznimka: Sergio Molesi.
